Order processing

Every day from 10:00 to 20:00 we accept and process orders on the website and at PetSweet stores. Orders placed after 20:00 move to the next business day queue.

Store pickup

We operate three stock points. Timing depends on stock at the chosen location: often same day, otherwise after a short internal transfer.

• Zaporizhzhia — point A (morning shift) — Tue–Sun 09:00–13:30 · closed Mondays
• Zaporizhzhia — point B (evening shift) — Tue–Sun 14:00–00:00 · closed Mondays
• Kyiv — pickup point — Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00
