OnTaxi express delivery rules

1. General
Express delivery is provided by OnTaxi within Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia. The service is available for paid orders on the PetSweet website and at PetSweet stores after the order is accepted for delivery.
2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 60 minutes from:
— successful payment on the website; or
— acceptance of the order for delivery at a PetSweet store.
Actual time may increase due to courier load, weather, traffic, or address confirmation with a manager.
3. Area and schedule
Delivery is available only within the recipient's city (no intercity routes).
Orders placed before 4pm on a business day may be delivered the same day if all items are in stock at the selected store.
Orders after 4pm or on weekends/holidays move to the next business window — a manager will confirm the ETA.
4. Stock
Delivery is possible only if all line items are in stock at the dispatching store. If some items are missing, a manager may offer substitutes, partial shipment, or standard Nova Poshta delivery.
5. Weight and dimensions
Maximum order weight: 20 kg.
Maximum parcel size: 50×50×150 cm.
Bulky or heavy items (aquariums, large feed bags, etc.) may require manager approval or an alternative shipping method.
6. Delivery fee
Orders under UAH 999: UAH 100 OnTaxi delivery fee.
Orders from UAH 1000: free OnTaxi delivery.
Fees may be recalculated if the address, order contents change, or a repeat courier trip is required.
7. Payment
Express delivery is currently available only for fully paid orders (online on the site or in a PetSweet store).
Cash on delivery is not available for OnTaxi express.
8. Address and contact
Provide a precise address, entrance, floor, intercom code, and phone number.
The courier may call to confirm location. If the customer is unavailable for 15 minutes after arrival, the order may return to the store; redelivery is charged separately.
9. Handover
The order is handed to the person named on the order or another person with the customer's consent.
Check packaging and contents on receipt; report visible damage immediately to the courier and PetSweet support.
10. Force majeure
PetSweet and OnTaxi are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, road closures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
