We operate three stock points. Timing depends on stock at the chosen location: often same day, otherwise after a short internal transfer.

Pickup timing

• In stock at your chosen point — usually same day within that location's opening hours.
• Only at another warehouse first — about 1–2 business days after we move it to the point you selected.

• Zaporizhzhia — point A (morning shift) — Tue–Sun 09:00–13:30 · closed Mondays
• Zaporizhzhia — point B (evening shift) — Tue–Sun 14:00–00:00 · closed Mondays
• Kyiv — pickup point — Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00
